\n– Welcoming pet owners
\n– Appointment coordination
\n– Telephone and written correspondence

– Completed veterinary medical assistant training (desirable but not required)
\n– Preferably professional experience at reception
\n– Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
\n– Proficient use of the MS Office suite
\n– Confident demeanor, even in stressful situations
\n– A well-groomed, friendly, and communicative manner, organizational skills, and strong service orientation<\/p>\n
