Does your dog suffer from heart disease?

As part of a clinical study for an additional therapy option for the treatment of Myxomatous Mitral Valve Disease (MMVD), our clinic is looking for suitable patients.

 

Advantages for you and your dog:

  • Possible slowing of the disease progression
  • Free study therapy and veterinary visits

Study eligibility:

  • Your dog is at least 6 years old and weighs between 2.5 – 20 kg
  • Your dog was diagnosed with heart disease within the last 9 months (MMVD Stage C)
  • Your dog is in a stable condition and is already receiving standard therapy at a stable dosage

Planned clinic visits and examinations:

  • 7 visits during the 12-month study period (Day 0, Day 7, Day 30, Day 90, Day 180, Day 270, Day 360)
  • Planned examinations: heart ultrasound, chest X-ray, blood pressure measurement, laboratory tests (blood and urine)
