Information for patients
Due to the increasingly restricted emergency service provision in the North Rhine district and the associated higher patient volume in our clinic, patients with non-life-threatening illnesses must expect significant waiting times of 4–6 hours in some cases.
We ask for your understanding.
Preparing for an emergency – How to help your pet
- Stay calm – animals sense stress
- Bring documents (if possible):
- Vaccination certificate, medication list, previous reports/diagnoses
