Information for patients

Due to the increasingly restricted emergency service provision in the North Rhine district and the associated higher patient volume in our clinic, patients with non-life-threatening illnesses must expect significant waiting times of 4–6 hours in some cases.

We ask for your understanding.

Preparing for an emergency – How to help your pet
  • Stay calm – animals sense stress
  • Bring documents (if possible):
  • Vaccination certificate, medication list, previous reports/diagnoses
  • Do not provide any more food (unless instructed by a doctor)
